Bens birthday tomorrow and Debs has got him a lovely birthday cake… and then Linda (his friend Adams mum) brought a chocolate one round… hmmmm can’t wait until tomorrow now… yum yum No flying for me today - all this week as yet in fact - hhhmm! Went on the forum again and had another go at the questions - getting better but I guess I’d better go back to reading the air law book!! Also had a go on flight sim - my landings are improving on here but I miss the visual sensations you get in a cockpit and also the proper controls and pedals etc. I did find a great chair on the net just for flight sim with rudder pedals and throttle and yoke etc. I told Nigel that it would make an excellent present for Debs birthday (she’s 40 in two weeks you know!!) - but all I go from him was a “Dale look” - guess that means it’s too expensive then!! Oh well she’ll just have to make do with the Mustang flight she had in the summer and the pink headset she had early too!
