Curry day today… Nigel and the Yak were on a curry delivery mission - but I declined the invitation as I didn’t fancy sharing the back parcel shelf with a curry!! Anglia TV came to Elmsett as did several newspapers to cover the story… we’ll have to see if we’re on TV then!! Seeing as I had a non-flying day, I decided to read up on circuit training… well I need to help Debs don’t I?? I’ve mastered BUMPFH now… Brakes Off, Undercarriage down and locked, mixture rich, fuel on and sufficient and pump on, Hatches and Harnesses secure… not forgetting to do carb heat at the start and finish of the checks!! Now all I’ve got to do is to get Debs to learn it Debs and I have to pack our bags tonight as we’re off to Grimsby tomorrow after work as Debs had a training course on Friday. Then after we have to drive to Leicester Aero Club to collect Nigel as we’re displaying at the Victory Show at Cosby this weekend… wheee more display flying for me
