Exciting day today says Nigel - you’re off on your travels again! Oh goodie I thought until two strapping Policemen carted me off! Oi! What have I done?! It’s OK. It’s Adrian Bleese and his team of Police flyers - coz I’m off in the Police Helicopter - G-SUFF - wow!! We went on a missing persons hunt in Suffolk and thanks to the ace piloting from John Atkinson we found him safe and sound - hooray! first job well done Then I was snatched from the Police to go fly with the East Anglian Air Ambulance - hee hee it’s been a heli-day alright. We went from Wattisham (where it was refuelling) to attend a Road Traffic Accident (RTA) near Ely and then had to fly the patient to the Norfolk and Norwich hospital. Then we landed at Norwich for an overnight stop. Ooh I was excited I thought I’d get to see Uncle Dale, Andrea, Elliott and Emily… I told all the crew about “Happy Landings” but unfortunately it was shut by the time we got there.
