Another day at Earls Colne - yippee!! I got to fly with Tony Rae (old friend of Nigels - small world!) in his C172 G-BJDW… it was a bit scary though as Tony was rather rusty!! He told me an interesting story about his plane and Old Dave Fixit… apparently at last years Elmsett open day, Dave and Mattie were flour-bombing in DW and got ever so close with their flour bomb… but they had cheated and busted their height!! Old Dave Fixit blamed it on a dodgy altimeter :-). Anyway I had a couple of flights with Tony… enjoyed the second one better!! Weather was really good today and looked better for the weekend - YES! All my pics are posted on the web now… yes - Nigel got round to it at last! I’ve told him to do them as we get them… much easier - lets hope he listens! We also put the photo’s in the album… I’ve now filled one - brilliant! Think it’s time to jump on the net now and see if my fame has spread any further…!
