My 1^st airshow at Duxford today & it’s a special BBMF day so I’m looking forward to that :-). It was so great to watch those planes fly & to say ‘I’ve flown in that’!! Nothing beats the sound of those Merlin engines – lovely! The Lancaster is so graceful when flying & I love watching it … but I love flying it more! The crowds were all pleased to see the new colour scheme … but it all seems rather old hat to me now!! Ooooh disaster struck later when it was time for me to go home with Uncle Dale & Andrea … the BBMF crew have managed to lose one of my shoes – oh no! what will mum say?? I was really scared on the way home But I needn’t have worried coz mum was just so pleased to se me. BBMF have promised to send the shoe home if they find it – but mum has said she’ll buy me some more … aah lovely mum!! We finished the evening off with a Chinese with Uncle Dale & Andrea
