Roger the CFI !

Brill weather today so it was off to Earls Colne to catch up with my mates there. Carolyn was on the desk and welcomed me with a kiss and I got to read the Flyer Mag - well actually Debs bought it for me! Dave was on the radio today and he bought a raffle ticket. My aim is to get him flying in the Yak coz weightlessness scared him silly… hee hee hee! Didn’t get to fly with my mate Bradley today coz he was busy, but I did get to fly with Roger - well he was the CFI! We went up in the Robin again, but Roger was teaching about stalls… oooohhh that caught me out! One minute we’re happily flying along and the next the power reduces and the wing dips and the student needs to recover the plane… Oi! Hurry up with the recovery! Well after that lark I had a rest on the ground chatting to all the visitors, then we went up in the Robin again - circuits again. I sat in the back and waved at everyone every time we done a touch and go… five landings this time!! Mum was waiting for me after the lesson and it was time to go home for a Chinese!!
