Another no-way flying day - unless I want to be blown skywards by the wind - No! Back to the photo album - some great pics of the RAF SAR Helicopter - great colour - goes with the fur! Nigel knows Dave Kay (does Nigel know everyone?) who flies this aircraft from Wattisham - thinks he can get me a flight - great! Might also get a go in the army helicopters - the Apache looks fun… wonder if they’ll let a bear have a little go on those guns… Saw some photo’s of the Red Arrows - they look brill! Close formations, turns, spins, rolls, and some amazing close opposition passes (mind you, I’ll have my eyes closed so I won’t see them)! Dale from Anglia Flight regularly hosts the Red Arrows at Happy Landings when they stop over at Norwich between shows… Looks like I’ll get a flight in a red Arrow Hawk (can’t wait)! Wonder if they’ll get me a red flying suit too… hmmm… let’s look on ebay…
