Phew! Panic over - it’s all OK - my contract is as arranged. It seems like I am a special case (I’m sure that’s what they said - or was it a head-case) and I am going to be doing the flying - lots of it - in the Yak and other planes. They assured me that it was to be a life moving (or stomach churning) experience and that I should go back to the web pages and look at the [1] videos… what do they mean………. Oooooohhhhh! I feel green now - have you seen the video of a lomcevac? Apparently this is always part of Nigel’s display (and he even talks to the crowd while doing it - how? When? WHY??) Mmmm. Calm end of the day now - after watching the video (about 20 times!) I think I know how it’s done and it doesn’t look that scary after all. Thought I’d ask Deb about what it felt like - turns out that she’s never even done one - well I’m gonna beat her!! At least Nigel has a feature about me on the web now… about time!!
